Wow! Normans hanging pretty cool there for the 50s. Nonchalantly posing with hands in pocket, cool jacket. Must have been the fashion icon of the school. And is that Jimmy Cheatham behind him. Could it be Joe Green with the glasses and behind him with the black curls, Rob Ockleshaw. Maybe that’s Freddy Laithwaite right up there on the right.
And I think I recall a lad with red wavy hair, Clifford Housely. Never know how I recall that name.
And no Cliff Higham wow! He was probably up to mischief in the girls yard anyway.

owd on, just rang dad and he was laughing, said "aye it's true.Hes just been trying to remember all your brothers and sisters and can only remember Kenneth who he said was in his class

Roy, will pass this info on to dad later.I never knew my Grandad Israel, he died 2 weeks before i was born in 1970, but only heard great things about him.My nan (lizzie) died 4 years ago aged 89.Amazing woman.

Naw Jas ,, thats not Clii. He's too handsome to be Cliff. That lloks a bit like Joe Hill to the left of Norman Taylor but its probably not.
