I am currently reading a library book titled -Growing up in wigan-1930-1950,it's by F.S.(Joe) Winstanley,he started at the Grammar School in 1941 and for anyone who attended the School I think it would be very interesting reading.

Hi charnock, you seem to be short of one name at the back - the only "help" I can offer is that I know for sure that Eddie Rudd is the 3rd one in from the right on the back row - sorry I've seen this so late.
