Taken in the "new" school yard in the 1960s. The lady towards the left at the back with dark hair and a light coat reminds me of a neighbour, Mrs. Annie Grimshaw, but I can't be sure.

horrocks was the school board man , my sister was really poorly and he called our house thought my dad would explode,he didn't hang around for long

the lady at the back on the right you can just see her is my mum Doris Halsall unfortunately lost her almost 3 years ago. miss her every day.
