This was taken the yeat after the previous one. I know this because my son was wearing a black cassock in the other photo because when he first joined the choir they didn't have a red one small enough to fit him and in this one he is wearing the red
Looking at this picture the proccesion is coming from Hindley approaching St Nats school and Moss Lane.The house with the bricked up window is where Brenda Dawber and her dad Bert who was a bus driver for Lancashire United lived, can't remember her mothers name.
