This is a photo of my dad, Jimmy Eatock, at one of the walking days of St Nathaniels. You get a good shot of Deakins Butchers. I have no idea of the date.

taken on WalthewLane bottom end of Davies St;Your Dad has his arm around Jim Shuttleworth who married Dorothy Byrom from Walthew Lane.The person on the the left looks like Don Greenwood from Neville st:I think the 1970's.

Not seen James or his brother Jack for donkeys years, nice picture, just as I remember him. His mother Sally and father Jack were my godparents they used to live at 505, L/pool road Platt Bridge. When I was a kid it was traditional to visit them every Chrismas day which was always something to look forwards to.

The guy at the back holding the banner looks like Roy Towers, he used to live near me in Collinge St in the sixties.

Jim,shuttleworth I use to clean his car with him during the 1950s he then lived with his parents in rid yard st by the side of the church ,nice family.
