I think i am just missing off this photo, the lollipop man sign STOP on the right was mine, wish i could see the edge of the pic i never knew one existed!

i remember Peter Harrison won the prize, everyone had made brilliant costumes and all he had was 2 bandages with red paint on. one on his head and one on his arm! Most people thought it was strange that so little effort won.
