That is an old Photo, 30s-40s maybe? Cobble roads and tram lines. Is it Manchester road, Ince bar and Smithy Green in the background? Lovely photo.

that photo would be about 1931 because I walked in the same style of dress and hat when I was was a girl of about 6or7
