It looks like Stuart Melling on the left with a possible Graham Kelly, ex Palm Avenue, in the middle.

My husband used to live in Palm Ave but cannot recall anyone by the name of Kelly.

I was right about the Kelly's living in Palm Ave.
Graham was born at No.12 in 1950 and they lived there when my auntie Ethel lived at No. 7.
