HI My dad Peter Higham worked at Springs Branch
from about 1944 to 1974

My grandad also worked from Springs Branch - in the LMS days up to about 1955 I think - George White Jones his name was. Would be lovely yo hear from anyone that worked with him

My dad worked on the railways. George Edward Jones. We lived in Spring View, Malvern Crescent. I can remember when I was small, someone on a bike knocking my dad out of bed to go to Springs Branch. I dont know if something had happened, but they needed a replacement driver. That would have been in the early 60's I think. Do any of you remember him?

Hi,my Dad worked at Springs branch for a couple of years and he also worked for some years at Prescot street.His name is Fred Brown and he lives in Orrell.Anyone remember him? He is 86 and still going strong.
