   Bye-Laws and Charity Committee. - Mr. R. Halliwell, chairman ; Mr. R. Layland, vice-chairman ; and Messrs. Benson, Bryham, Harrison, Hilton, Jackson, J. Johnson, Lamb, Oldfield, Park, Phillips, and Richards. Meet when required.
   Water Committee. - Mr. W. Bryham, chairman ; Mr. J. Wilson, vice-chairman ; and Messrs. Blaylock, Booth, Chalk, Crompton, Gee, Holmes, Hopwood, J. Johnson, Richard Johnson, Robt. Johnson, Kellett, Millington, Oldfield, Percy, Phillips, and Richards. To meet on the third Wednesday in each month, at 2.30 p.m., at the Council Chamber.
   Sanitary and Sewerage Committee. - Mr. J. Phillips, chairman ; Mr. R. Blaylock, vice-chairman ; and Messrs. Alker, Berry, Booth, Bryham, Crompton, Dix, R. Halliwell, W. Halliwell, Harrison, Jackson, J. Johnson, Richard Johnson, Robt. Johnson, Layland, Oldfield, and Roger. To meet on the first Tuesday and third Thursday in each month, at 3.30 p.m., at the Council Chamber.
   Farm Committee. - Mr. S. Alker, chairman ; Mr. R. Johnson, vice-chairman ; and Messrs. Booth, Dix, Duckworth, Gee, W. Halliwell, Hopwood, Jackson, Millington, Oldfield, and Park. To meet on the third Monday in each month, at 2 p.m.
   Streets, Buildings, and Improvements Committee. - Mr. T. Stuart, chairman ; Mr. Ackerley, vice-chairman ; and Messrs. Booth, Crompton, Edwardson, Gee, W. Halliwell, R. Halliwell, Hilton, Holmes, Park, Percy, Richards, and Smith. To meet on the second Wednesday in each month, at 2 p.m., and the fourth Wednesday, at 2.30 p.m.
   Baths Committee. - Mr. H. Park, chairman ; Mr. R. Richards, vice-chairman ; and Messrs. Ackerley, Benson, Chalk, W. Halliwell, Harrison, J. Johnson, Richard Johnson, Kellett, Layland, Millington, Smith, and Wilson. To meet on the fourth Wednesday in each month, at 2 p.m.
   Station Accomodation Committee. - The Mayor, chairman ; and Messrs. Alker, Benson, Bryham, W. Halliwell, Hopwood, Lamb, Mayhew, Park, and Richards. Meet when required.
   General Purpose Committee. - The whole of the members of the Council. Meet when required.
