Well done Mick . We don’t want to see the rain , only , the dopamine of sunshine !

Yeah come on Mick, poor, dull and dismal picture, why didn't you set fire to the building first and add a bit of colour?.

Bring back the pubs that's what I say! But not with the chemical gloop they sell now.
A few jars of the good old fashioned jolly juice and this would look like Disneyworld, Wigan or Kubla khan's Stately Pleasure dome.

Anonymity brings out the worst in people. I would have more respect for people who stood up and viewed their opinions face to face. It's too easy to be obnoxious and hide behind the fact that you don't have to reveal your true identity.
This site is meant to show different aspects of Wigan - good and bad - and doesn't deserve the nasty comments that seem to be becoming the norm these days. I usually shy away from confrontation as a rule, but please can we be more respectful of people's efforts and just enjoy the site for what it's meant to be - Wigan seen through the eyes of different photographers. Thank you.

Spring flowers is what we need to put some colour back into our life.

The police morgue at one time in the yard behind.

I didn't post the comment under my name above. Calm down Pat McC, it isn't worth the effort when you have such a delicate disposition such as you obviously have. God bless.

I agree with Pat. I would rather not comment at all than insult the man for his efforts...

Veronica dishes out her fair share of rude comments with Alan on sertin post. But have to agree with her this time.
This photo is great.

Correct, the police morgue was situated next to/behind this building. Looking at google street view a small portion of the original very high wall can still be seen attached to the left of the building.

Looks as if a comment of mine has gone amiss to the first Anne. I have certainly retaliated to Alan for his rudeness but not to any photo he has put on and that's the difference. It's quite a while since me and Alan 'clashed swords' in fact I have missed his 'cheery' comments! Come back Alan all is forgiven....
