they are NOT 'fines' - they are a 'penalty-charge' - only a court can fine you!
You cant get away with chucking your parking tickets away here in Norfolk !
Well Brian, the car appears to be registered in the Irish Republic, the owner will know that its unlikely that they will be chased up. I was in Spain a few months ago and watched a Traffic Warden dish tickets out but only to selected vehicles, it turned out they were tourist hire cars and they would be sure of getting the fine paid as hire companies have all the details, the local cars by the way were not targeted, probably family members.
Because this car has a registration
number from Dublin in Ireland, will
the owner have to pay the fine in
Euros ?

There any many of these cars parked around this area, all are for sale by eastern block men. Not only are they covered in parking tickets, none of them are taxed or carry Mot's. Money can often be seen changing hands , but i can bet that no dues are being paid. If you are uk national you would have had your car towed away.

One of the many cars parked in the area all having tickets on the windscreen , and on the floor around them. A check with the DVLA site will show that they don't have tax or MOT and also will be without insurance !!
