I like that very much.
Brings back some good memories for me of parking up just there before walking through the plants.
Could do with double yellow lines up there to stop them cars parking and ruining the grass verge.
A nice healthy crackle about the scene.

Looks a bit 'dicey' for pedestrians! The light at the end draws the eyes into the picture -wondering what lies beyond....
Not sure if this is Hall Lane leading to Hindley or not. I have driven there and thought how picturesque it was.

No Veronica, it's not Hall Lane in Hindley which leads to Aspull.It's the lane in Haigh, but I thought it was called School Lane?
