Nothing wrong with showing the bad parts of Wigan on Picture ot the Day. Maybe if the powers that be see these places they will do something about it.
Either way, the bad parts are just as much part of Wigan as the good parts.
Its not a pretty sight and it makes my bood boil - every time I venture out I pick up a bit of rubbish near a bus- stop with a bin and put it in. I just can't understand why the 'scum' drop litter near a bin! It's nearly always cans.
