More wild life. Lovely Picture but feeding wild life whilst wearing animal fur, even if it maybe imitation ?, Enough said.

I think the swan is saying 'is that my friend you're wearing?

Comment by: Johnny on 12th April 2016 at 12:12

This will confuse the swan if a Black Bear appears from Haigh Plantations holding his nuts!

A really good picture, Is this the same "feeder" as the April 2nd pic' and is she really so fearless? I love to see swans, but always at a safe distance!!

Maureen, I just checked your reference to Google,-what an amazing story, it reads like a Disney movie! Thanks.

Ellen..I'm so glad you enjoyed the story..I thought it was lovely too.

Ellen.... This feeder is my cousin, the bread in hand was me. I don't think swans are aggressive except when guarding a nest.

Talking of squirrels.....
Winnie the Pooh followed Ee-Aw into the woods, a passing squirrel remarked to Ee-Aw Do you know you've got a bear behind!

Johnny, I hate to "nit pick",but don't you mean Eeyore?...but then,I'm not sure I got it right, it's almost 50 years since I read it to my daughter!

You are so right Ellen...I'm about to read Winnie to my first grand-daughter...I blame the memory lapse on the Government..well why not :O)

Comment by: Garry on 14th April 2016 at 10:20

Oh look everyone I'm feeding them nuts and not bread, like I did on the 2nd of April photo-a-day.
