We are fortunate indeed to have a facility like this ,there is a wealth of information avalible .Pay a visit and you will be amazed at the content . The staff are unbelievably helpfully helpful .

Where is this? I went to the one opposite the Pier, but I believe it closed. That was great.

Joann Fletcher was there on last nights programme 'Immortal Egypt'..its
a brilliant place..it should be in the centre of Wigan.

Nice shot, David - it completely passed me by that Prof Joann Fletcher was there last night - would have loved to have gone. Nevertheless there is another Egypt exhibition in June - hopefully they will have the gold death mask on display!

JoAnn Fletcher being there last night..and I too would loved to have
gone..do you think she would come back if we asked nicely..she certainly knows her stuff doesn't she.

The Gold Death Mask is in the present exhibition which finishes in June
