How would you prevent motorcycle access without preventing mobility scooters, in fact would you really want to take a scooter along there?
Bren a path goes past Aspull rugby club,a continuation of the road that leaves Wigan road its down there. Mick you try .
MikeW.i have been trying to get access to places like this for the last 15 years that I have had a scooter (mobility).Won't get it ,money to be made erecting them.
I presume there was fencing up to the gate at some time? If so was it took down or knocked down?
If there's a will there will be a way for sure.
Nice to know our Council Tax is being put to good use.
PeterP. There was no fence just an open path until early this year . Motor cycles are not supposed to be on the path before the gate
This is an optical illusion, if you look very carefully to the right of the post you can see the sun reflecting off the reinforced Perspex that covers the apparent gap, and the shadows of the bushes too.
