I hate Cats, they always mess my lovely garden up, but if a dog did the same we would all be in trouble.

Comment by: Tom on 10th February 2015 at 07:35

On the fence and in my garden or should I say toilet.

Comment by: Truewigana on 10th February 2015 at 08:01

Comment by: Neil Cain on 10th February 2015 at 08:38

I'm with Maureen...really nice lighting. Nice cat looks well cared for.

Comment by: Garry on 10th February 2015 at 08:54

Nowt at all wrong with Mick, truewigana, it's you who seem to have a problem with him.
Stop being sutch a fool.
Mick's taken some wonderful photos over the past few weeks, that we should all be thankful for.

I don't understand this picture. It looks like a sawn off log floating with a cat on it.

Comment by: irene roberts on 10th February 2015 at 09:06

I love cats but my husband doesn't, so we've never had one. Never had a garden either! Good photo.

Comment by: tricia on 10th February 2015 at 09:25

Love the cat , love the pic ... but going off Garry ! lol

Comment by: Giovanni on 10th February 2015 at 09:46

Nice shot Sue!
Reminds me of our "Jinxie" who died 3 years ago.
Anyway you whingers, electronic cat deterents can be bought (unless you're too tight) which give out a signal. I have got one now that Jinxie passed. It keeps out unwanted pests including foxes and some subscribers to this site!! LOL

Comment by: Garry on 10th February 2015 at 09:53

Now now Tricia. That's a good point irene, no garden. If you had a garden you would take a dim view of them.(nice to hear from you Tricia)

Cats killing our lovely garden birds, out all night catching mice only to bring them home and leave them on the door step. Dirty paw marks all over the house.
People with NO gardens, they don't what their missing!

Comment by: Alex on 10th February 2015 at 10:28

NO garden...you don't know what your missing, roll on Spring and Summer.
Say NO to cats.

Comment by: maggie on 10th February 2015 at 10:51

Another great photo. Thank you so much. We always used to have cats - 3 at one time- but now we feel we can't look after them as we should, so no pets. I miss them.

Comment by: A.W. on 10th February 2015 at 10:58

I think cats are preferable to gardening myself.

Comment by: Garry on 10th February 2015 at 13:07

Gardens brings any house to life. Then again some folks are lazy.

Comment by: ALBERT on 10th February 2015 at 13:15

Maggie, THREE cats at one time.....Phew!

Comment by: tricia on 10th February 2015 at 13:20

Thanks, Garry. I'm 'laid up ' at the moment. Don't ask !!

Comment by: aitch on 10th February 2015 at 13:32

I don't like cats never have, always had a dog, but now I wish I had a dog back, I was never troubled with the things till my dog died, now the only things in my garden besides cats are pigeons, I don't like them either !!!

I have always lived in a little terraced house with a backyard, both through my childhood and to this day. I like to see other people's gardens, though, and watch out for the first snowdrops, crocuses and daffodils in the gardens near my home. We have lived here so long that I know where they are going to appear. A truly welcome sight.

Comment by: Garry on 10th February 2015 at 15:11

I'll not ask, Tricia. The main thing is you're okay.(even though you like cats lol)

Comment by: Monty Don. on 10th February 2015 at 15:17

But Irene, people without gardens can still grow bulbs/plants in pots or boxes, with the flowers you've just mentioned, and their YOURS.

Comment by: Alan H on 10th February 2015 at 15:54

The people next door to us had 22 cats at one time. Don't get any birds in our garden now, I wonder why.

Comment by: Garry on 10th February 2015 at 16:22

The house must have stunk, Alan H.
Good point Monty Don, and the cats won't bother pots.

Comment by: Jenny lane on 10th February 2015 at 16:48

Nice pic auntie sue xxx

Comment by: Maureen on 10th February 2015 at 16:57

Irene,we lived in a house with a yard,we took some flags up planted bedding plants and cream coloured the walls,I have a garden now and love gardening but it will never give me that comforting feeling that my yard did.

Comment by: Eric on 11th February 2015 at 00:55

Now i know all about cats; thanks.

Comment by: Johnny on 11th February 2015 at 10:47

Get youself an air gun aitch.
I've had confirmation from the police that there are certain birds that can be killed legally within the confines of your garden! Make sure you have a licence. Anyone else fed up with bird c**p on their decking and fences?
