Nice sculpture, probably not wood though. Looks like it might be plaster. I wonder how many mayors who are angels sit in it these days. Probably never used.

I've always enjoyed looking at and being involved in photography but it's my opinion that wiganworld can be very proud indeed of the whole collection on this site. The standard is simply fantastic and to keep coming up day after day with such high quality is a credit to all the people involved.

thanks for sending the photo,see it every week and it is wood, there is a lot more intricate carving on the Mayors chair as well.
