Nice photo Ron,Ken when your stood on the green bridge looking towards Redrock that little bridge on the left is were the Wigan Rowing Club was based.link here Ken.

when i was in primary school we went on barge trip and we stopped here, one of the best childhood memories ive got going up the canal on barge. used always go here as a kid to, theres a little pond next to bridge to (if ive got right place)

Good pic. Ron. That bridge has not changed in fifty years still looks sturdy as it did then.
