Good pic , but aint the building like a prison or something? The grand arcade is ugly, it just doesn't fit in.

All very impressive,a new shopping arcade.BUT what about all the empty units in the galleries ?Perhaps we should be concentrating on keeping what we already have ?I'm all for progress and improvement but I think we are very lucky to have what we already have in Wigan without creating "dead spots" in the town centre.Empty retail units,with windows like soul less eyes gazing out over the town.

Yes i agree with June. The empty units make it look scruffy and dis-used. Plus if you enquire about the ground rents !!!!! you might as well have a unit in manchester they are heavily over-priced
