Dower House Farm

Photos of this old impressive farm building dating back to 1686. The farm was off Moss Lane, Platt Bridge and was demolished in the 1990s.

Photos from the turn of the last century taken by a grocer from Warrington Road, Ince. Some of them are very arty and posed, but most are wonderful period pics of the countryside out around Gathurst and beyond.
