Some of the symbols e.g.= add, subtract forward slash and others like the top row of icons do not work, the volume colours come on the bottom of the screen for the add and subtract symbols. This is a new Microsoft keyboard I've just bought because the same was happening with the Samsung I was using...any help would be appreciated. Shocked

Maybe it's your keyboard settings on your computer?

Did you get a CD with the keyboard?? Microsoft keyboards usually come with one which has the drivers to make it work properly.

Hope this helps.

I you look at your keyboard settings, you probably have your keyboard set to a different country.

I had the same problem when my'n was set to USA keys.

Thank you some ideas, no I didn't get a CD to install it said compatible with all computers, yes, I have looked on settings, they are in English. I've found out they will work on the right side where the numbers are, so I can manage but I do like things to work that should. Laughing
