I'm thinking of buying one of these - it's my birthday very soon.

I plan to store a lot of my CDs and photos on it and maybe a few of my DVD films as well.

All the reviews I have read have nothing but praise for it.

But has anyone got any experience of the iPod Video range or heard anything bad about them?

Cheers.

Can't help I'm afraid Sad

Not a big fan of proprierty systems though JX. Have you looked at any of the Creative Labs ones? My wife has their MP3 player and it's really good, and was quite a bit cheaper than an iPod, plus she's not tied into the Applemusic format.

I'd defo take a look at the creative labs products.

Excellent advice. Cool

It's a Zen Vision M that I'm going to buy - 30GB will be enough. Very Happy

Many thanks.

I've held off buying anything for now.

I found out that Micro$oft are shortly launching the Zune.

It's an MP3/Video Player with FM Radio AND Wireless and a 3 inch screen.

The press reckon that it will have to be priced at lower than the iPod and other rivals otherwise it won't get enough market share for Xmas.

So, let's hope the press are right. Laughing
