Remember the saying Cyril, only the good die young so I think he as a good wait for his turn to come again,

they did try to take him a few years ago when on holiday in Italy but they through him back as he wasn't good enough then Very Happy

I think it put the wind up him as he started going to the Gym and stopped eating Chips & Fish every day

-----Mick, you missed my sisters resting place on your video by inches, others may think the same about a loved one when watching it------

Mick has relatives in there and also over in Westwood too Dougie, I should imagine that those two along with Ince are now full with the majority of folks being interred at Gidlow.

I remember that Dougie, didn't he say he overdid the Gateaux (or gattox has pronounced in Shevy. ) and Eau de Vie, maybe it pickled him. Laughing

There's an uncle of ours in there (though I can't remember if he was buried or cremated) who you may know Dougie as he did work at Reeds for some time, Eric Sharrock, he's knelt down at the front on this photo.

Mick, I forget was Sheila is niece, a tall good looking girl that worked in the office as I remember he had niece working there in the 1959/60

I typed his name in the search box and the photo was the only posting that came up, so I wouldn't know you'd had a conversation with Dougie, I only have a very vague memory of Sheila, she would cycle down from Shevy to visit the Jolley's, that would probably be sometime in the late 1950s.
