Surprised no one has said it yet considering that there are, so I'm told, Chinese Dragon Dancers in the Grand Arcade.

we celebrate the Lunar New Year not the Chinese New year... May have started in China but many other Asian nations celebrate the Lunar New Year not just the Chinese.

We had a Chinese New Year party for some of my wifes Tai Chi class members and some other friends, they all gave 5 each and also bought raffle ticket that guaranteed you a prize, and all the money raised will go to the Wigan Hospice, which was over 100.

This is the second one we have held.

Give your missis and the group a round of applause Mick, hope they enjoyed it.

Do they practice on the Rec in nice weather, remember seeing a group in Mesnes Park, probably a class from the college when it was using the old Pagefield building.
