History of Wigan   (Help with ancient and recent history.)

I AM a Winstanley and very proud of my name, and having just read what this awful council did in the 1960s defies belief , but then again not that much surprised what this stupid council gets up to,today it could have had people living there in luxurious flats and preserving the history of this town WIGAN.
