A very big Monday Hello to all.
Another cloudy cool day here in Blighty, 8C forecast.
A lazy morning, I fell asleep again !!!!!! LOL

Thank you for your concern Marie.
I had a really substantial breakfast of beans and mushrooms on wholemeal toast,so a good start to the day.
I seem to lose my appetite for my lunch and evening meals, so we’ll see how I do later on today.

This arvo a woodland walk up Rivvy. we have been stuck in a routine, so we’re shaking things up LOL !!!!!!!!!
