Not sure of the exact term.

I vividly remember somebody leaving an office at the end of a sketch (Possibly a Scotland Yard parody), and as the person neared the door a squeal was heard. Followed by a line similar to:

"Ooops, I'm sorry, Sir; was that your hedgehog?"
