Cindy, I put onions in everything!

Keep them in the mesh bag and hang them up, so the air can circulate, they keep for ages then.

Make French onion soup and freeze it. Add the bread and cheese when you thaw it.

I'm a big fan of caramelised onion quiche, I must admit I usually cheat with the pastry case and use a shop bought one but it freezes well if your making it ahead of time. I usually take it out the freezer the night before and put in the fridge. I also have one of those silicone Pie crust protectors to stop the edge from burning, works a treat!

I have one like this, can't remember where I bought it though!
