Because he said it's 'my' mobility car and described the reasons he needed it-i.e. he couldn't afford a car on top of his utility bills and rent/mortgage.He also claimed he got the car for some mystery illness that he hasn't actually got.

He's also admitted on other threads that he isn't disabled.
