There are still fruit and nuts about. It's amazing what you can get all year round.

I saw a European guy picking nuts from the trees and hedges near us.

My raspberries are still in fruit well into December, I'm glad I managed to freeze a lot of fruit, it's been a crap year with the rain.

I'm thinking of knocking up some cold frames ready for the New Year, my garden is that boggy I can't do anything.
