Here,s one for Moodysue.
Barbequed Snig
1Kg snig
3 cloves garlic
Few bay leaves
salt, pepper, oil, vinegar
Cut snig into 3" pieces marinade in the garlic oil pepper and vinegar, for a couple of hours thread onto skewers alternating with the bay leaves. Cook on barby till done.
