Has regards the outdoor Market I don't know how that would be affected by the closure of the indoor Market, but I would imagine that it would close too, but I know this about the outdoor Market.
If times had been different and The Galleries and indoor Market had been fully occupied and space was at a premium in The Galleries and where the outdoor Market is now could have been used for further development, the outdoor Market would {definitely} have been moved outside on to the access road, where the taxi rank and disabled parking bays are now located, because that land belongs to the Market Hall.
