Good God, my neighbor gave me a video cassette that he taped and it was all about CCTV footage of a year in Wigan. I was shocked! There was drug dealers, thugs arsonists and drunks and that was just the women!! Will have to seriously reconsider about coming up north to visit the pubs and clubs
