Having read bits about solar panels and the latest Goverment report for climate change i beg the Question ," Why can't any Goverment just make it compulsory that ALL NEW BUILDS have to have these panels fitted ,would that not be a step in the right direction? Also for existing home owner's if they are serious about C/C then arrange thro suppliers for discounted panels to be fitted , this also applies to factories etc ,to me it seem's the best way to go instead of RAMMING Electric cars down our throats !
