Dougie we have no problems with our cards or D/Debits . The problem is the bank not telling us that we needed an appointment to move money to another bank [V Barclays are not paying a good interest rate quoted 0.5% were other banks are paying between 1.5% and 1.85% so we wanted to move our money elsewhere We now only have our joint account and the boss also has her own account from when she worked now for her state pension to be paid into Barclays
