wiganworld   (Feedback, help, your ideas for new content.)

2 years ago my wife and I were on holiday in the Bernese alps and my car had engine trouble (suspension). We met Paul Nicholson and his son who has a house in Istelwald and stayed with them for 2 days also meeting his mother who was the subject of a (very) long thread on this forum. Paul is originally from Wigan and regalled me with stories about the place and characters. His son who was born in Switzerland speaks English with a northern accent! When we got back to the UK I got in touch with him through the Wigan World website and now we keep in touch using the computer. I will definately go and visit Wigan one of these days and maybe we can meet for a drink (dont tell the wife)
