Who was he? Some relation to Ellen Seddon, William Santus' wife?
He seems to have been involved with William in the expansion of his toffee business in 1908 but all I can find are references as above title. No names, no dates apart from events involving him as J.P.
EDIT: Just point me in the right direction to find him, no need for full chapter and verse. Thanks
