Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

The missing marriage info would be for my youngest uncle. He did military service in Southern Rhodesia in the late 1940's or early 50's and married there. Moved out before everything fell apart and is now in Australia.

I have never considered a detailed investigation of Electoral Rolls. Can you suggest an on-line site with such info for the 1930's to 1950's? No sure how many elections that might cover, but perhaps one or both Mom's parents will show up somewhere.
