Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

hi brian eddie wos born on the 3 sept 1939 and from the photo i have he is fair and that would be about right 13 to 14 o i would be so happy to no any thing you could tell me about him what wos he like as a person were you in the same place as him were you treated properly wos it a good place to be as my mother wos brought up in care with nuns and she wos very badly treated thas why i wos heart broken when i wos told eddie wos in care my thoughts were how could she do that to her own baby but it seems it wos a relitive who wos soposed to take care of eddie that had him put in care i would have lovedto have had a big brother as the wos myself and a younger brother who has also passed away thank you ever so much for answering my message please excuse my spelling its not something i am good at and i have only just started to use a computor so i could find out about eddie hope to hear from you soon thanks again maureen
