I remember my first box jacket suit, I think it was £10. 10s from Jackson's; blue with a red pinstripe, 15oz wool worstead, patch pockets with 1" flaps, 3 inside pockets and 1&1/2" lapels. Can't remember what width we had the trousers though...16"?
Comos where from Freeman Hardy & Willis if I remember rightly. I know Saxone used to sell the ones with the plastic toe cap that people used to hot spoon out to get them flat.
