Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

jermyb - your remark reminds me of some graffiti I saw in Liverpool (again in the mid 1960s)
It was near a church and the sign read something like "What would you do if Christ suddenly appeared" to which some 'wit' added "move St John to inside right and let Jesus play centre-forward"
