Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

Oh., Kerry, what a load of twaddle ....

Non of Haydock Racecourse is in Golborne.
Golborne has NO golf course.
Golborne's mining history is overshadowed by Haydock's.
Golborne is NOT listed in the Domesday Book.
Roman path? The M6 motorway runs through Haydock!

Golborne industrial estate? Thriving business? Do me a favour!
How can it compare with Booker, Sainsbury, Asda, Shell, Costco, Pataks, Vimto, TNT, Tufnells, Transitional Rehabilitation Unit (TRU), Manheim Auctions, Bookpeople, KapaK Foods ... the list is endless.

In actual fact, both Haydock and Golborne are crap, but Golborne is far more crap than Haydock will ever be!
