It's United Utilities. They are laying a £125 million, 1.2 metre bore water pipeline, 54 milometres long, part buried and part overland, from Woodgate Hill (Bury) to Prescot (Knowsley).

DO I GET AN ORANGE?

PS. Apparently, it won't be going through Wigan Council Area (metropolitan borough of wigan).
