You ask, 'so all along the east lanc's from Golborne Island to Newton road belongs to Legh estates!! you got a copy of the deeds in front of you'???

Dlanor, ALL land belongs to the crown. Legh Estates (Lord Newton) holds all that area for the crown.

Who did you think 'owned' it? Wigan Council? Ha, Haaaa!
