so you mean to say that a farm cannot have land in side two boundaries,!we'll say the land on park Rd Golborne belongs to Dean Dam Farm ok! so now that land is now in Haydock!?????.
There are many farms who pay rates to two Authorities. and another question do you know for certain this particular field belongs Dean Dam Farm, it possibly belongs to Boydells!
