Tonker! most people know Newton Hollows as Rob Lane but it only changes to Rob Lane at the bottom near the the M6, and that is the only reason I put.

Does anyone know what is going on in the field, corner of East Lanc's Rd and Newton Lane/Rob Lane in Golborne. All the soil has been scraped and the field marked out.

and Tonker jumped in with both feet.
