Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

I have tried to find the lady that was looking for a brother on this site she told the story that her mother had a child at the age of 13yrs and the baby was taken away and she was trying to find him perhaps if she sees this , could make n=enquiries perhaps he was taken there , I never knew of this orphanage . If you could find it perhaps you could tell her of this place .I will carry on looking
