Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

Does your mum have any memories of the orphanage. I am not sure of the exact year that my brothers were placed there. Terry was born in 1941 & Francis John 1944, I believe Francis was fostered when he was nine so he must have left Greenfield around 1953 Francis has memories of Terry leaving a little before him.
